AI Training & Adoption
AI training for companies is more than a nice extra. Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires organizations to ensure AI literacy for employees who work with AI. Solvrs provides practical AI literacy training on-site, tailored to team, level, and daily practice. From prompt engineering training and learning to work safely with AI to EU AI Act compliance and AI policy: we make AI understandable and immediately applicable.
Why invest in AI training now?
The urgency to invest in AI training is greater than ever, for three interconnected reasons.
EU AI Act obligation
The EU AI Act requires organizations to ensure AI literacy for employees. Enforcement starts August 2026. Our training provides each participant with a certificate as demonstrable proof of compliance.
Customized per team
HR has different questions than Sales or management. We build every training around the work, tools, and use cases of the team itself.
At your office
We train in-company with your own work materials, tools, and processes. That makes the step from training to daily practice immediately small.

AI training per department
Choosing a team-focused approach has a clear advantage: exercises and use cases directly match the daily tasks of participants. This makes the training more concrete, the time savings more visible, and adoption after the session higher.
Sales
Research leads, personalize outreach, speed up proposals, and maintain CRM notes. AI saves salespeople hours per week on preparation.
We work with the tools your team already uses
The training is not tied to one platform. We align with your organization's tool choice, whether that's ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude. So participants can continue directly in their own work environment.

Our approach to AI training
A practical program in four steps, so the training connects to the workplace and doesn't remain just a standalone inspiration session.
Intake & baseline
We map the group composition, experience level, and tools. Based on this, we tailor the exercises, use cases, and tool settings.
Why Solvrs?
Others tell you how AI works. We build it, use it, and teach it — because you can only truly train what you truly master.
Dutch-language & practical
Almost no quality Dutch-language AI learning material is available on major platforms. We fill that gap with training in Dutch, on your own work materials.
EU AI Act compliance
Most providers treat the EU AI Act as a side note. We build it in as standard, including a certificate per participant as demonstrable proof.
Role-specific & sector-specific
Generic platforms offer breadth, not depth per team. We practice with participants' own work materials, tailored to their specific department and sector.
Plan an AI training for your team
Describe your team, questions, or learning goals. We'll respond within 2 business days with a proposal that fits your situation.
Frequently asked questions
What does the EU AI Act say about AI literacy?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organizations to ensure AI literacy for employees who use AI systems. Enforcement starts August 2026 with stricter sanctions. Our AI literacy training provides each participant with a certificate as demonstrable proof of compliance.
What is the difference between basic and advanced training?
The basic training (4 hours, max. 15 participants) takes teams with no AI experience from zero to confident use. The advanced training (4 hours, max. 15 participants) is for teams already using AI who want to structurally embed it with workflows, AI assistants, and an AI playbook.
How much does AI training for companies cost?
That depends on the training level, number of participants, and any customization. After a free intake, we quickly provide a concrete pricing indication that fits your situation.
Which AI tools do you use in the training?
We work with the tools your team already uses: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude. The training is not tied to one platform. We align with your organization's tool choice, including specific training like Claude Code or prompt engineering.
How large can the group be?
The basic training works optimally with a maximum of 15 participants, the advanced training with a maximum of 12. This keeps the session personal and interactive. For larger organizations, we schedule multiple sessions.
Is the training suitable for non-technical employees?
Yes. The basic training is specifically designed for employees without an AI background. It's precisely with AI beginners that the biggest leap happens: a small investment in training immediately yields hours per week.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Each participant receives a certificate as proof of AI literacy under EU AI Act Article 4. This provides your organization with the documentation that enforcement authorities require.
